After completing an extensive renovation for Foothills Church in Maryville, Tennessee, we were commissioned to assist in both locating and renovating their proposed Knoxville campus. We eventually decided on a 7-theater cinema lovingly known in the community as the Dollar Theater. Phase I of the 22,000 square foot building included an entry lobby, auditorium, classrooms, and restrooms. The new campus has quickly become overwhelmingly successful such that Phase II will begin in the Spring of 2024.
