Renovate kitchens including replacement of cabinets and counters, range hoods and back splashes, ranges and refrigerators, and painting walls, ceilings and trim – 20 Dwelling Units in Elder Circle and 12 Dwelling Units in Alabama Circle.
Renovate bathrooms including repair and painting of walls, replacement of flooring, plumbing fixtures, tub surrounds, and bath accessories – 20 Dwelling Units in Elder Circle and 12 Dwelling Units in Alabama Circle.
Removal of existing resilient flooring and installation of new VCT flooring and shoe mold – 20 Dwelling Units in Elder Circle and 12 Dwelling Units in Alabama Circle.
Replacement of existing light fixtures – 20 Dwelling Units in Elder Circle and 12 Dwelling Units in Alabama Circle.
Replace existing sidewalks to dwelling units with new walks that do not exceed 5% slope and eliminate step at porch – 20 Dwelling Units in Elder Circle and 12 Dwelling Units in Alabama Circle.

Copies of bid documents, including drawings and specifications, may be obtained by prime contractors, subcontractors, or material suppliers from the Architect at the address indicated below for a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF $ 65.00 per set. The document charge shall be submitted in the form of a Company Check, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to the Architect. Checks shall be drawn on a financial institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). No documents will be issued by the Architect until the document charge has been received and no partial sets will be issued. To allow for reproduction and delivery, anyone desiring to pick up a set of bid documents from the Architect’s office must call Architect’s office a minimum of 24 hours in advance to place the order. Requests for documents shall be accompanied by a street address, telephone number and shall identify the purchaser as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or material supplier. Also, provide the current E-mail address where addenda may be forwarded.
