Description
The work for the above referenced project consists of, but is not limited to, the work in Twenty-Four (24) dwelling units herein described as follows:

a. Kitchen renovation to include:
i. Replacement of all cabinetry and counter tops (in original configuration).
ii. Replacement of sink, faucet, supplies, waste, and associated fittings.
iii. Replacement of range hood and backsplash.
iv. Replacement of light fixtures, switches, receptacles, and cover plates.
v. Replacement of washing machine connection box.
vi. Patch and paint all kitchen ceilings, walls, doors, and trim.

b. Bathroom renovation to include:
i. Replacement of selected plumbing fixtures and all faucets, drains, supply stops and risers, fittings, and accessories.
ii. Provide new bathroom cabinets.
iii. Replacement of bath accessories.
iv. Provide new bath ventilation and duct to existing roof cap.
v. Replacement of bathroom tile flooring in selected units
vi. Cleaning and re-grouting of floor tile in selected units.
vii. Provide new solid surface tub surround systems in selected units.
viii. Provide new solid surface bathroom wainscot and trim in selected units.
ix. Patch and paint all bathroom ceilings, walls, doors, and trim.
